Planters: Start Now
Committed to being certain no church planter is left alone, we developed an ABC support system for our church planters.
Assessment is the system that helps our planters objectively evaluate their church planting potential.
Boot Camp is the training system that introduces planters to the fundamentals of church planting.
Coaching is the system that helps planters implement their God-given dreams and plans.
Because of these support systems, we are experiencing an 87 percent success rate in EFCA church plants.
To begin, start here:
Please visit the EFCA website (www.efca.org) to be sure there is a good fit regarding doctrine, polity, and missional focus.
As you think about whether or not church planting is a good fit for you, there are multiple assessments available to help you determine if this is a good match, and if so, what type of church plant is a good fit for you. Assessment page.
The church planting representative for the district where you want to plant is a key contact for those interested in planting a church.
If both you and the district want to continue the process, the next step is to schedule a behavorial interview with the district.
If everything is a go, you would work with the district regarding where to plant and finding a coach.
We ask that you attend an EFCA Boot Camp. Boot Camp information and schedule Ideally, you would attend with your spouse, team members and coach.
