Step Three: Field Assessment

The next step in the assessment process is to make an appointment with the district in the area you feeling God is calling you too.  (Click back to efca web- district map).  District leaders have been trained with behavioral interviewing skills to help you confirm and unpack the strengths and weaknesses you would bring to a church plant.  They assess in teams of three to five people so you get the advantage of a broad perspective of experienced leaders.  This interview is conducted with your spouse.  This interview typically takes 2-4 hours.
